All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery by email so we can review the issue and assist you further.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and tracking their package to ensure safe delivery.

Store Pickup Policy:
When a customer chooses store pickup, they have 1–5 business days to collect their order. If an emergency or unexpected circumstance arises, customers are encouraged to contact us within this timeframe so we can make alternative arrangements, including converting the order to shipping if available.
Orders not picked up within the allotted time without prior communication will be cancelled and returned to inventory, and a refund will be issued.
